| Shipping, Returns, and Sales Tax
We Only Ship Within The Continental United States (Except For Some of Our Baby Products and Baskets May be Shipped to Canada)
Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order.

TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability and to Holiday Season availability.
#5.) Shipping: All baskets and products are shipped directly from the supplier. Baskets are shipped within 2-7 business days. Orders received are shipped as soon as payment clears (which takes up to 3 days). We do not ship on major holidays even if special delivery is purchased. We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and shipments must be sent to a street address, not P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the product/basket. For locations within the continental U.S. For Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska a shipping surcharge may be applicable.
#6.) Damage Claims: LLA Enterprises will replace or refund a customer’s money if the package (basket) arrives damaged, or other items are broken due to shipping. Also Nursery gifts are not returnable unless they have a defect. (a photo must be submitted so we can put a claim)

#7.) Returns: LLA Enterprises prides its self on quality, value and service. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact us at sales@kingandqueengiftbaskets.com immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. A full refund will be issued if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All beauty products (soaps,body butters) are not returnable, unless the giftbasket arrives damaged. All personalized and monogrammed sales are final.
#8.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved. Send an email and we will review your claim within 24-48 hours. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of package returned (if damaged) or dissatisfied and photo showing damaged product and photo of box it was shipped in. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. Please allow up to 30 days to refund a credit card, depending upon your banking institution regulations. |
